Grand Rock is very aware that making a purchase on our website, or any other website, requires trust on your part. Grand Rock thanks you for that trust, and will work at guaranteeing protection of your personal information. Your personal information including, name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information will only be used as set forth in this Privacy and Security Statement.

Your personal information will never be sold or rented to ANY third party under any circumstances, in the ordinary course of business. We do share customer information with representatives, trusted service providers, and contractors for the limited purpose of fulfilling customer orders. It is also used in offering certain products & services in connection with our website; communicating to customers; providing customer service; providing a personal shopping experience; and completing a credit card transaction.

Grand Rock will collect your name, credit card type, billing address for said credit card, credit card number and expiration date when a purchase is made on our website. Please note that credit card information will only be retained until the order has processed. Once completed, this information will be deleted. We also collect shipping information including, name, address, phone number, and email address for intended recipient.

Grand Rock's online store does use a 24-hour "cookie". This is used throughout the online store, and check out applications. This means that the "cookie" remains after the browser session is over, but expires 24 hours after its creation. These "cookies" are NON-SENSITIVE information "cookies".

Grand Rock will not sell these products to children. If you are under 18, please ask your parents for help to process the purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

A 20% re-stocking fee applies to ALL returned merchandise. (Shipping cost are NON refundable) All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase. Call in advance for a RMA Number. (Return Merchandise Authorization) You can call our customer service, A2B Fulfillment, @ 440-564-7206 (M-F, 8:00-3:30 PM EST) Return Merchandise with RMA # (Clearly Marked on the outside of package) to:

Returns sent without a RMA # or mailed back to the call center will be returned to sender.

Canceling Orders

All orders that are phoned in and canceled BEFORE shipping will be refunded at no charge. (All cancellations MUST be phoned in)

Secure Socket Layer

To protect your online transaction, Grand Rock uses Secure Socket Layer's (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL (which most browsers are) your personal information will automatically be encrypted or encoded before it is sent over the Internet.

Opt-Out Right / Correcting Personal Data

As mentioned above Grand Rock does not offer any customer information to any third party companies. However you do have the right to opt-out from having your personal information used by Grand Rock for secondary purposes, like promotional correspondences to the visitor. By contacting A2B Fulfillment by phone (listed above) or e-mail info@filla2b.com you can "opt-out". Upon request via email or phone, A2B Fulfillment and Grand Rock will provide visitors a summary of any personal identifiable information retained by the online store (Credit card information will NEVER be retained by Grand Rock).

Grand Rock reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at anytime. Any significant changes to the policy will be posted on the main store page, for a period of at least 1 month after the change takes affect.
